Raising twins can feel isolating at times—but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our Facebook group is a safe, private space where twin parents can share experiences, ask questions, and support one another through the ups and downs.

💬 What You’ll Find in the Group:

  • Friendly, understanding twin parents at all stages of the journey

  • A place to celebrate the wins—and vent on the tough days

  • Support around mental health and wellbeing

  • Updates from Twins UK Support CIC about meet-ups, events, and services

🔒 Safe & Supportive

The group is closed and moderated, meaning only approved members can see what’s posted. We work hard to keep it a kind, inclusive and non-judgmental space.

Whether you’re expecting twins or already deep in the chaos, you’re warmly welcome

🧠 Mental Health Support for Parents of Twins

Parenting twins brings double the joy—but it can also bring double the challenges. At Twins UK Support CIC, we know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle the needs of two babies (or more!) at once. That’s why supporting your mental health is at the heart of what we do.

Whether you’re dealing with postnatal anxiety, low mood, exhaustion, or feeling isolated—we want you to know you’re not alone. Many twin parents feel emotionally stretched and find it hard to admit they’re struggling. But reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
